Together We Can
relink.org is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to helping those in need find providers. relink.org depends on generous donations by private community members like you so that we can continue to offer our services to those in need at no costs.
Those seeking assistance with addiction recovery and reentry from incarceration experience common obstacles that often keep them from the help they need. Making matters worse, the network of providers has continued to remain fragmented, siloed, and confusing to navigate for those in-need. People in-need are unaware of the services and providers in their own neighborhoods, while those very service providers are unsure how to get their message out to the men and women who need to hear it.
Today there is no user-friendly, searchable Service Provider platform organized to quickly return real-time information to individuals with immediate need. relink.org is an easy to use, searchable, real-time service portal to assist individuals in their crucial moments of need.
relink.org bridges the gap – One visit…to one website…that’s fast and easy to use.
relink.org will collect all known providers serving the in-need population, creating an easy to use digital provider marketplace which will then organize and display Service Providers grouped by geolocation and types of service. relink.org will offer real-time information and connection, dramatically streamlining providing needed services to individuals in-need.
Immediately and seamlessly connecting providers to individuals in-need, giving re-entry and recovery individuals the necessary hand to get back on their feet.
relink.org helps you fulfill your mission and create operational efficiency by connecting your services with the right client, and the right services at the right time.
By offering geolocated, real-time capacity reporting of availability services, those in-need will be able to quickly identify the best service options for their needs.

Those in Need
Until now, quickly searching and locating services has been impossible due to the lack of a centralized resource database. This lack of information creates a service gap which leads to barriers along the path to recovery.
Whether a veteran, formerly incarcerated or seeking addiction help, transitioning from one stage of life to the next is complicated when you don’t know where to go for help.
Relink.org provides a sort of transitional GPS to help those in-need quickly identify what’s next and connect with the services closest to them.
relink.org connects users to organizations offering:
Linking to everything from community supports, to treatment and behavioral health.
Satisfying basic needs for food, clothing and housing
Providing access to job development services & employment opportunities.
